    adding a bit

    Every now and then my game will reload its shaders, lags me back and then proceeds to put me in an AFK state for about 5 seconds. It's starting to do it more and more, in firefights and just roaming. Plus the server keeps kicking me off, while everyone else is still playing, my internet is fine. I don't know whats going on!

    Personally, I'd like to see a Trello page for APB so that we can the players can see what being worked on and the progress of the game. This would also allow us to see what is planned for the game.

    For the people that don't know what Trello is. Trello is a web software that can be used to make "Boards" which can be accessed by creators to create basically a roadmap or a to-do list if you want to call it that. It can be set to allowing visitors to the Trello board to view it and see all the info that has been allowed for those visitors to see. The owner of the boards can also set progress bars categories and many other things.

    If you are still unsure what Trello is, search up on google "Tower Unite Trello", that is a current roadmap set up for another game and will give you a clear picture what Trello is all about!

    I appreciate them for Reloaded. Once upon a time G1 did pretty regular updates and such. Reloaded was a lot of fun in the first 1-2 years. Their blunder was poor communication and over promising. 

    Agreed, I used to play on a much older account, but sadly I lost that one and couldn't play well due to the "craptop" I was running it on. Either way thanks for showing me there are parts of this community that do love the game. With that, I bid you a good night. o/

    And you’re too kind, I’ve only contributed a couple thousand hours of my life and mere few hundred dollars. Shoutout to the folks that have spent a few grand. They’re the real MVP!

    I hate to admit what I'm about to say, but you cant forget about G1. They might have left the game to wilt away, but its thanks to them for keeping the servers up, so that we could get to this point.

    This is also the reason for what I said, thanks 😄

    Roadmap and APB, I never thought those two words would meet.

    All the guns have their own things going for them. Since APB has been pretty much just the die-hard fans and the people that come across it, the game needs to be able to keep players. Personally, I love the game and have recently got a couple friends into the game myself and they love it. There isn't a game like it, we cant just get caught up on the "balance" even though its a minor issue. I know the date of this account isn't really anything to prove, but I thank the people like you keeping the game kicking all this time!

    Your priorities as a citizen of San Paro at this very moment should be to look for improvements in infrastructure, content, population growth, customer support, any alterations monetization, bug fixes, community/seasonal events, etc.

     

     

    I agree 100% Fixing the game and bringing in more players should come first. "Balance" isn't even a big enough issue atm for it to take the top spot.

    Reputation system serves no real function here. If anything it should be limited to just "likes" and not visible on the post level (can only view reputation via profile). Most modern forums limit it and remove negativity. Either like a post or just don't react.

     

    Pretty sure we went through this same discussion on the previous forum rework because GM, Moderators, and other vocal community members were just getting downvoted to oblivion for just simply posting. Same thing applies here, can simply avoid the same problem again @Lixil by following that same format. 🙂

    I Agree, I feel it should be like the post or not at all.

    next thing to hope for is for a refer a friend system again (though I don't mind if they don't, it would be nice though), I wanna get my friends on :D.

    From the way, Mr Scott talked about the game in the QnA it is clear he has done his research, I'm sure things are going to pick up. I for one can't wait for BattlEye to be added since it has proved its self to be a very good anti-cheat, just look at Fortnite and PUBG, they use BattlEye. Yes G1 has kinda made some of us lose our optimism, but we do have to be thankful somewhat for keeping the servers up so that we could get to this point.

    Its BattlEye, it's going to be great quality since its a very "in the now", getting constant updates and is the go-to of anti-cheat for many competitive and non-competitive games.

    Don't worry, I'm sure the event will pick back up. I really want the events back too since it brings players back to the game and maybe some new ones but they REALLY need to fix some of those huge problems that caused the game to pretty much die out. The returning players are returning because they want to, I myself am one of them, with all the improvements coming I'm sure the community (as toxic it may or may not be) will start up their own mini events. Best we can do at the moment is get involved with the game and its new devs and then I'm pretty sure we will start seeing official ones soon. Heres to a better APB! *Raises glass*
