Your best bet is to contact support from this "throw away" account, be sure to provide them with all the information you can, they should be able to help you with your issue.

Yes, you should speak to support we have no ability or power to reverse bans. Response times are down to about 2 weeks now.

As Hexerin pointed out, this is not a bug, it is in fact the intended feature of Magpull, as it rounds down and the osmaw only has 1 rocket per "magazine" magpull renders the OSMAW useless.
