You take peoples money yet offer nothing in return.. Hopeless let down of a company that ensures us that they Little Orbit are there for their community, MY A%% you are.. You let cheaters run wild  and take peoples hard earned money while giving nothing in return while all we ask for is a decent balanced protected gaming experience and yet you still cant provide us even that.. 	Do you guys know difference between 2 hours and 17 hours??? You cant go 15 hours completely utterly silent about everything!<br />
	At least tell us what is the issue, you dont have to notify us every 1 hour but dude, within 15 hours you can at least create a post and say sorry downtime is not 2 hours downtime is 120 hours aka 5 days. And we will let you in peace next 5 days.<br />
	Like this we are visiting forums every few hours to see the progress but we see lies that downtime is 2hrs and 17 hrs later nobody says anything nothing is happening and game is down. <br />
	Hello?!?<br />
	P.S. not to mention that I could not login entire monday yesterday into the game so that is additional 24 hours of waiting on top of the 17 hours.

	I was just logged in the game, wanted to switch character and suddenly it says game is down for maintenance, which is impossible that I hit the direct millisecond for non existing Saturday maintenance. <br />
	So I wanted to press repair and download game again so that I would get message that everything is offline and nothing is reachable... looking like I have no internet.<br />
	Obviously I would not be able to post this post if I had no internet.<br />
	Can we expect fix or anything about it ? <br />

	It's been a while since I've done something like this, but in light of where we are at in CS, I think the community could benefit from a bit more transparency.

	Simply put - Customer Support is a mess.

	We tried switching to Zoho months ago, and instead of making things better, they got worse. It appears some sort of glitch in the setup of our queues caused specific types of tickets to get siphoned out of our main dashboard. It took us a bit to figure out that hundreds of players weren't being addressed properly, and once we did, we found significant bugs in the new system overall.

	So at the end of March we switched back to Zendesk. It's expensive, but it works.
</p>

	You guys should know that switching customer support systems isn't something we take likely. Each time we do it, the team has to backup all the history and evidence and load it up in a side tool so that we can look it all up without referring back to the original system.
</p>

	The Vault is a new account-level mailbox designed to store your rewards, promotional codes (such as Twitch Drops), and ARMAS purchases until you are ready to redeem them.

	Instead of items being sent directly to a specific character, all eligible rewards are now stored safely at the account level. This central hub allows you to manage your loot across your entire account. When you are ready to use an item, simply access the Vault with your chosen character to claim it.

	tomorrow we will be performing scheduled infrastructure work affecting EU servers only.<br /><br />
	Start: 9:00 AM UTC<br /><br />
	Estimated downtime: 8-12 hours<br /><br />
	During this time, EU servers will be taken offline while we relocate and bring core infrastructure back online. Once the servers are powered up, we will begin testing and restoring services step by step, starting with basic access and districts.<br /><br />
	Please note that servers may come back online gradually, and some instability is possible during early testing phases.<br /><br />
	We’ll keep you updated here as progress is made and once EU servers start coming back online.<br /><br />
