Hoplon Migration Available!

We are now ready for Hoplon accounts to be migrated over to GamersFirst.  We've provided a tutorial with screenshots of the migration process below for you.  If you have any problems please contact support.   Click here to start the migration process. 

 

If you're having trouble with the migration process or the migration didn't work properly for you, please contact support -- help.gamersfirst.com   Do not private message me or Magiik with information we're unable to assist in private messages. 

 

Make sure that you include the following information to expedite your ticket:

  • Your Hoplon account email
  • Your GamersFirst account email
  • Your Hoplon character names
  • Your GamersFirst character names
  • A full description of the problem.  Be very descriptive, we're not mind readers and the language barrier doesn't help.
  • Screenshots are also helpful with descriptions of what you're showing us.

I migrated my account when it came to the character came two character and I just had a character in the account came wrong level

You migrated your characters over to your other G1 account - the one with the @hotmail.com address.

I deleted my characters when I stopped playing Hoplon.

 

After deleting them, I realized I had to "keep" the names of them so I made two trainees with those names..

 

Are you guys allowed to review account history to recover deleted characters?

You will need to contact our customer support as account verification isn't something we can go into on the forums.

Hello, can I access my account via Steam?

 

Install and run APB using Steam as normal and link your GamersFirst account to your Steam login.

Buddy of mine wanted to know he has not used his HOPLON account for a while(1+year) but does remember the info for it and wanted to know if it would still account and be able to be accessible to transfer over ?

From what I understood about what Hoplon said, they backed up ALL accounts at August 22nd and sent the stuff to G1. As long as he didn't delete the account itself and still has access to the e-mail he used to create it, I see no problem on migrating it.

Hi, I had already informed you about my problem before, unfortunately I did not get answers. :NuhUh:

 

 

 

I think I know what might be happening if the message is sent to the e-mail from my account in hoplon will not work as it is an old email I already deleted  It would be possible I use the email I also use here?


If not possible, there is another way to help me access my account? As a password or something like that.
