Make sure that you include the following information to expedite your ticket:
- Your Hoplon account email
- Your GamersFirst account email
- Your Hoplon character names
- Your GamersFirst character names
- A full description of the problem. Be very descriptive, we're not mind readers and the language barrier doesn't help.
- Screenshots are also helpful with descriptions of what you're showing us.
