You can't. You should've answered your security question truthfully.

You can, but you have to submit a ticket. You can even change the security question and answer if you wish. They'll ask you all sorts of personal questions and you need to prove you are the account holder, so you'll probably have to give them the credit card number used to purchase premium or the target card code(s) you used.
