Please do NOT post in this thread with account details, personal information, or requests to have your permanent weapons given to you. The issue with 8th slot permanent weapons is currently being looked at.
 Hello,

It seems that Nexon did NOT receive the Permenent Weapons I bought.
As Stated in the Terms, while transfering our DATA, every Item and user data was going to be transfered.
Could you please pass me and Nexon the required data, so I can enjoy the Permanents I bought?

was true when we were with the g1 abbiamp paid a lot of money to have more weapons permanent and contract as the transition from G1 to Nexon was clearly written that all weapons bought previously were automatically passed ... so please provide all the game data to Nexon thanks and good day

Indeed, please provide the required information so that we may once again enjoy our permanent weapons as promised:

All War Rock character inventory and account data including usernames, passwords, character level, item purchases both in game and on the marketplace such as: Premiums, px items, weapons, characters, character items, permanents, dinar and lease times up until May 30th 2012 @ 1:00am GMT will be transferred to Dream Execution upon acceptance of the Opt-In agreement.

I think that's the promise that the G1 team given us hatt which Retails continue to have at disposal, but significantly contributed hatt G1 to beahlten in good remembrance.

But that'd apparently by, unötige withhold the data very negatively affected by G1 I had really expected a bit more, I can put the G1 team only to my heart, to think about that again.

G1, many players have bought Retail guns which are now no longer accessible because of your breach of contract. Please, send Nexon the data required to give us our guns back.

I had m249, famas, m60 permanent. I made a deal with g1 buying those items - now i demand returning this data to a new publisher.

I understand you are mad like the rest of us, but a teaspoon of honey will attract more flys than a gallon of vinegar, hopefully you are not too young to understand this, although judging by your post you probably are.

I would like to have my 5 retails, too. I hope that G1 will be able to do something. I allready contacted GamersFirst and I am sure that one of the old administrators will take care about it.

We got promised that we will be able to use all our bought items and weapons including permanents by both GamersFirst and Nexon Europe.
G1 announced they would hand over all needed data to Nexon and Nexon said they will make us able to use them.

The current state semms to be that Nexon wants to give the weapons to us, they want to let us use our items we paid for at G1, but they don't have the needed amount of data they need to make this possible: the data of the permanents we had not equipped on the last day of G1's WarRock.

G1, we know you understand us players, would you please be fair enough and send the missing data to Nexon? Once we were your confidential customers and you got a lot of money by us, so it really is appropriate to give us back what we got: The other 8th slot permanents!

I'm waiting to get my retails, G1. Not only did you shucks up the retail switch stuff, you managed to give DE and Nexon a corrupted Database that changed my M134 retail into an M249 retail. This M134 retail account had just this one retail. I did not put a second retail on there. It magically became an M249 retail.

How one messes up as badly as you guys, no one shall know. Money first, scam second, players never.

I want my permanent ai-aw that i did not receive after the transfer to nexon, as it says in the migration you will transfer all permanent weapons yet you did not do this. My Ai-aw was from the original Retail box which i still have.
Any fool can make things complicated... but it takes a genius to make things simple.

gotit, it's cropping up now because Nexon announced that G1 did not transfer the retails and multiple attempts to get them to do so have resulted in non-compliance on G1's part. The only option Nexon see's left is to pressure G1 with the public to get them to cooperate.

No.

Let me explain it: at G1 you were able to have 6 retails, but only allowed to use one in the game, if you wanted to use the other one you had to activate it via the website, but only the last active retail were transfered to Nexon, if you had 2 retails, only 1 were transfered, and not both.

NOT ALL...for the players that bought/had multiple retails (permanent 8th slot weapons) only the LAST USED retail was transfered to nexon's database.
The rest of the retails where not transfered, because that data is NOT on the Player database.

To the old warrock Mods, you guys probably remmember that we where forced to go to G1 website to change retails.
Take me for example, i had 5 retails (M60, m249, m134, g36c_d, famas), and only the M60 retail was transfered to the new publisher, because that was the LAST retail i used/equiped.
The other 4 are NOT on the database that G1 give to DE.

All of the retails, and switching system was directly handled through the G1 website, and was made by G1 in order to allow retail changing.

This would require G1 to send a large portion of their website code to Nexon.
Had DE taken the time to develop an in-game system, this would have never happened. As an owner of *all* of the available retails, I hope the issue gets resolved at some point, but the truth is that G1 completed their end of the bargain. What they do from this point on is completely optional for them.

Troopers,

This is a message regarding the 8th Slot Retail and Permanent Weapon Change.

And we suggest your action on this issue.

But first we owe you some explanations first:


According to the migration agreement at the previous publisher’s website and also on our website you should be able to use all previously purchased items. We know that some items that were purchased at the previous publisher are not available after we transferred the game service.
The explanation why this does not work is simple: The data related to your purchased items was not included in the game data we received from the developer but is deemed to remain on the previous publisher’s possession. Therefore we are unable to see the items except the one you last equipped (which you are able to use)


This is what happened so far:


First we went through all databases we had available with the developer’s relentless help and we were unable to find that missing data.
Then the previous publisher was contacted on several occasions by the developer with the demand to retrieve all users 8th Slot item data that was stored in their database. But we were unsuccessful to get this data.
We want to give you what is yours, but fact is that the previous publisher did not hand over that data.


What can you do?


If you were in possession of a permanent 8th slot item with the previous publisher that is missing now, we would like to kindly inform you that you are able to contact the previous publisher through their regular channels (Facebook, Forum, Support) and ask them to hand over the data to Nexon Europe or to the developer.


We, as Nexon Europe, are apologizing to you that we are forced to put this burden upon you, our users and customers.
We really hope we will find a fast resolve of this issue and we strongly believe that your support will surely help us to resolve this issue smoothly and fast.

Hi this is monkeyzen, I created new account just to post here cause I don't remember my G1's password.

G1:

Please send my 8th slot permanent guns information to Nexon. I bought m134, famas, and m249. I had m134 active when the movement was done, so I have missing my famas and my m249.

The agreement says you were gonna send ALL MY INFO so please send that part too.

I would like to take my permanent weapons. I'm unable to use my second or third permanent weapons and i kindly demand my weapons. This is what G1 said to us before transfer.

Well, I don't think we should talk about who has made this mistake, the thing is that G1 does not have transfered all datas to Nexon / DE, the thing is we payed a lot of money for it - so we need a solution and not a conflict.
