This forum is specifically for reporting bugs with APB Reloaded.
If you've discovered a specific bug in-game please report it in this forum. We’ve got a useful guide to help you know how to bug things that you can find here. Please give it a read.
Typically a bug is a reproducible issue which all players will have or a certain group of players under a certain set of conditions will have. Things like crashes, frame rate issues, latency issues, an issue with not getting G1C when you should have done or complaints about APB Reloaded in general are not appropriate in this forum.
If your cases are anything to do with lost items, cheaters, other players and so on please submit a support ticket.
To submit a Customer Support ticket for APB Reloaded:
- Visit http://www.gamersfir....php?support=20
- Enter your Gamer ID/Email Address and Password.
- Check the Knowledge Base to make sure that your question hasn’t already been answered. Sometimes this can help save you some time.
- Click the Contact Us button on the right side of the screen.
- Enter a subject for your mail (please try to be descriptive), an issue type and then a Message. The message should contain as much information as you think is useful about your issue.
- Fill in the rest of the details
- Click ‘SEND EMAIL’
- Once your ticket has been submitted you’ll be given a reference number.
If you’re having crashes or other technical issues please visit the Technical Issues forum for assistance. If you have an issue that involves an ERROR CODE don't post it in the Bug Reports forum. Head to the Technical issues forum for that.
