I'm having the same trouble. I no longer have access to my previouos email and I'm currently using a different email and ISP. For access/login to my online game Sword2, I'm using my original gamer ID and password and it works fine, but it's only when I go to access the gamersfirst website that I'm not able to login. After reading some posts just lately, I've realised that I was too late to get my details accepted from inside my game. I'm not sure if the transfer program could extract all the data requirements if I approved/authorised access to my game/account details after I've login into my game, but if this is possible, I think it would do it.
I'm not game to try and reset my email and/or password using the gamersfirst recovery procedure, I just hope that there's going to be something better than this to use so we can get on with the business of playing.
I'll keep watching the posts and forums on this subject and wait until gamersfirst comes up with the something a lot better than they're current transfer procedure. I hope that I'll be able to use my high level gaming account as well as using the market place and website that T3fun provide. I haven't even begun to look at the use of Tcoins and/or market place where I used to purchase G1 credits by using ClickandBuy through K2 network. lets hope it happens because if I'm unable to use my high level game account, I won't be registering as a newbie all over again. It's just not worth it.

Gamersfirst has to provide us with a procedure that works and T3fun have communicate with gamersfirst in order to get these players transfered properly. I've noticed a trend happening over the past month, players are getting a little browned off and if it lasts too much longer, it may surprise T3fun just how many players actually give up and don't come back at all.Get it together guys.

Please fix it so that I don't have to use my very first e-mail that I used to make my account back when it was just K2. I deleted that e-mail back in 2007/2008. Change it so it works with us using our current e-mails so we can get transferred please. I opted in to transfer in-game quarters and on the site between November 1st - January 1st. Please,please,please help me out, thanks

Made late decision to transfer my account, but I had to change my password to get into G1 landing page. Now T3 won't accept my username/pwd/email combo for the transfer.

I checked my G1 profile page, and all three pieces of info are correct.


5 MINUTES LATE: d'oh - should have scrolled back a page before bringing this up. I'll just leave my post to add to the chorus.

Ps. The email I used for G1 is gmail AND fairly long. Can't view the T3Fun forum for a remedy.


QUESTION: By reading Starstorm's convenient summary, I discovered the bit about registering "after January 16th" - is that what is causing the "incorrect" error for people who are late to transfer?

I don't understand the bit about "January 16th" on Starstorm's summary.

If I only did the transfer from G1 today, can I only complete the T3fun end on Jan. 16th? (If I remember...)

Will the fact I had to change my G1 pwd to make the transfer affect anything?

What do I do if I still get the "incorrect information" error on Jan. 16, and the T3Fun forum is down again so I can't PM anyone about getting my K2 info? i.e., is the transfer day only Jan 16, or is there some set period after that date for these problems to be addressed?
