Im not sure if there's a guide out there for this mission or not, so i decided to do one myself =D.

Mission Start


Start location:

Talk to Leslie Stiller who can be found at Rothium Ridge in Deadfall. Her coordinates are as follows: x:5557634 y:5298374.




She will ask you to collect 6 Hulk armor scraps from Hulk Veterains a short distance away from Rothium Ridge.




The hulks can be found at: x:5453022 y:5203344.




Do note that the Hulk Troopers are Veterans and level 49. If your level 45ish it would be better to go with someone else as back up or, go with good heals. Also take note that they spawn in a quite compact manner so make sure to watch your back. It's also worth mentioning that a Hulk Trooper boss spawns in the area and is significantly tougher than the other veterans there. Attacking him without killing the other troopers around him first will trigger him and any near by troopers to run towards you. They all have a skill that temporarily increases their speed meaning they can easily catch up to you. Just be careful.





After collecting the armor scraps return to Leslie Stiller and turn in the mission.




Collecting the Creeper Teeth, Coyote Tongue's, Rat Pelt's and Porcupine Quill's.

After turning in the first part of the mission, Leslie will ask you to collect 4 items from 4 differrnt animals these been:

• 4 Radiated Creeper Teeth
  
• 4 Radiated Coyote Tongues
  
• 4 Radiated Rat Pelts
  
• 4 Radiated Porcupine Quills

The best locations for farming each animal are listen below. Take note that the drops on these items from the animals are relatively rare and it may take a couple hundred kills to get the amount required.

Though the mission says to collect 4 of each item, it will be necessary to collect double that amount and get 8 instead. This is important for a later part of the mission.

Creeper Location

The best location for the creepers are at the coordinates: x:5502692 y:5293416. Just behind the Light Bearer encampment.



Creepers spawn in VERY close proximity of each other at this location so be careful and watch your back.




Coyote Location

The best location for the coyote's are at the coordinates: x:5475312 y:5254255. May require you to drive around the mountains a bit.



Just like the creepers, the coyote's spawn in close proximity of each other, as well as that there are a few hulk troopers dotted around so be careful.




Rat Location

The best location for the rats are at the coordinates: x:5606748 y:5293553. This location is border lining on the PVP location office park. However Office park is rarely used for PVP and more so for the collection of materials used in another mission. If you see someone no matter what faction it's not time to run (or fight) unless they start shooting you.



The rat's don't spawn as close together as the creepers or coyotes, how ever there is still a chance of gaining the agro of several rats at a time so be careful.




Porcupine Location

The best location for the porcupine (so to say) are at the coordinates: x:5611365 y:5314682. Unlike the other animal locations there is no real defined nest for the Porcupines, so you will be running around looking for them a lot more than you would for the others.






Once you have collected 8 of each item from the animals return to Leslie and hand them in. Upon doing so you will receive your Hulk Armor Plate.




The last part of the mission

Now we get onto the reason i said to collect 8 of each item rather than 4. The last part of the mission gives you the chance to boost the stats of your Hulk Armor Plate by collecting 4 more of each item from each of the animals as you did before. If you did collect 8 items rather than 4 you will be able to turn the mission in immediately. if you did not, you will need to go back out and farm for them once again.

Complete the mission by turning the items into Leslie for the last time. Upon doing so you will receive your Hulk Commander Armor Plate.

That is VERY true, I just used this guide to do the mission, and didnt get this far in comments, but glad I did cus I have 4 rat pelts to put on AH now

Very nice post, I just started doing this mission myself. I found an alternative location for the coyotes which is closer to Rothium Ridge. The coyotes there have a different name (radiation diseased coyote iirc) but drop the same mission items.
