Got your back on the whole "suspicious D/C" part. Sometimes things are just too...well timed...for it to not be suspicious!

Anywho.
This game needs better customer protection if this is happening. Especially if they have the policy of "Not my problem."
Even if you'd get only 50k APB$ it'll be enough to get you started again.
Any cash shop items you had -should- be regainable, you paid for it so there should be a transaction ID somewhere.

And Viv, just poke me in the game should you need help in any form or way.

I just hope nobody else becomes a victim of an act like this, because after support saying they'd only restore Armas items, most of my friends were infuriated themselves, agreeing they'd quit if they were in my position. >_<

There is no doubt that it is possible for them to restore my items and I'm aware they have done it before, it's a database and they also perform regular backups, whether you've done an Armas purchase or not shouldn't matter with recovering your in-game items, but obviously prioritizing Armas items and only recovering these makes it feel like it isn't an entire lost as one becomes aware their money is still there.

So I'll be as persistent as I am in a 1-on-1 attack mission, just rushing to my death with an N-HVR against a camping CSG.
I just can't let go my of my dear Lancelot, Galahad, Ector, Lee, U.C., along the others! (Yes I like them so much I even name them, so it's obvious I'm not giving up on them! >_<)

I do remember lurking this thread which is why I'm positive it had to occur in a similar way, because honestly there's really no other way. The morning I played before losing the account we played (and won) against some cheaters and another group with a hacker (I don't ever hackusate, but this one was extremely obvious). It's no surprise that someone could get really upset after losing while cheating to go as far and perform an action like this out of pure hatred, which is disappointing since this is a game and we are meant to have fun, mhm? =.=;

G1 when you starte losing your veteran players, the ones who truly love this game and can put up with most the negativity and such you have a problem

I myself also used to defend G1 a lot, being comprehensive about their state, but this issue has put my faith on G1 and RP to the test. I've cooled down a lot ever since these past events with support, and while never been harsh on my ticket, I've been more calmed and put more thought into the new one ( rather than try to get help desperately! D; ).

This game really means a lot to me since I get to have loads of fun with friends, (Obviously not everyone will be as friendly and will try to screw you over as it just did for me!) so I'd love to keep supporting it. (Yes, I'll keep paying if I get my stuff back, yell at me! XD)

So! As I mentioned before, I'll keep insisting and pushing my faith on them just as I put faith on my N-HVR while I go attacking in a 1 on 1 against a CSG. Without quickswapping. :P

This kind of stuff gets me paranoid, specially considering how often I get "hackusated" and heck, just today I had someone run into me so often and get so upset that I was killing him he even wished me to die, liek, dagosh darn.

Something like this ever happened to me I'd never touch anything G1 again.
So yea, that said, terribly sad (and now more paranoid than ever) to hear about your situation, sucks that a loyal customer and not your run of the mill "trash" community member is going though this, not that I'd wish it on anyone tbh.

Hope things look up for you and that it doesn't keep you away from something that, despite how neglected and messed up it can be, is quite enjoyable with the right company.

I left this thread hanging, but I'm updating it now since I wanted to let people know that if their accounts were really compromised and stripped of their belongings without having done anything against the ToS (Account sharing, using third-party apps, etc) they can recover their stuff through support. They will also take care of the issue fairly quick (It took me 5 days to get my items back, it's quite comprehensible since I'm positive I was among the first victims of these acts).

So as I've said, don't lose hope! It's frustrating and it's really worrying going through something like this, but in the end you'll have what belongs to you back, just don't panic, keep it polite and honest! P:

Back on topic, the great number of threads in which people say they've had their accounts hacked is making me paranoid as well.
For this reason I opened a topic in Tech support (which seems to be WAY overlooked). Can login, cannot enter World. I don't think somebody's trying to get into my account... but all my other friends can get in, I cannot.


Hopefully you'll find out who's done this to your account. One guy got his issue "solved", hopefully more people shall have justice.
