So as many people know this game has a few problems and until they fix them we will have to use our own tricks and methods to make things work. If you have a solution to a problem not listed here please post it below and i will include it

I will also keep adding fixes to this post under any genre so the title may be abit missleading until i can figure out how to change it.

Latency

So i will post a few fixes that has removed lagg completely for me and hopefully for you aswell, if these fixes dont work and/or you want to include ur own post them as a responce.

For those with latency problems follow these 2 simple steps

1. Un-install a program called Pando media booster its a streaming program wich was installed with APB , you do not need this program and it slows down ur network

2. Download this latency fix and run the installed this fixed a simple protocol wich delays the responce you're computer gives the server

Before the fix

Server sendt packet, did you get it?

Server: sending you another packet. did you get it?

Server: why didnt you respond?

you're computer: sorry im saving my bandwidth

After the fix

Server: sendt you a packet, did you get it?

You're computer: yes send the next one

Server: sendt you a packet, did you get it?

You're computer: Yup keep em coming

Patching

People had success copying the file manually then run repair from the launcher (click on Options), if you copied the file and the launcher still errors run the game manualy.

Launcher

For People who having a issue getting launcher to work but it doesn't it just open and then closed it like nothing happens else.

Reason: The File is being in used on another program.
Solution: Log off your computer and relogin and go to My Computer > C:\PROGRAM FILES\GAMERSFIRST\APB RELOADED\Launcher\APBLauncer-tempprogram click on that and after that nothing will happen again like before, but then click on APBLauncherprogram and it will finally start patching etc. If this helps then I"m glad and if it doesn't then I'm sorry nothing else I can say..

all i know is that it changes a protocol i used to do this manually but forgot how to do it and this one does it automaticly

Ping in social went from 1000-1500 to 60-100

The change is NOTICEABLE, while my ping in /fps is not the same as a normal dos ping.

My oca all shots are delivered instantly, with a JG all pellets hit the wall at the same time. BEFORE the JG pellets would hit the wall at a different rate

Do note that you need to restart you're computer after applying the latency fixes

Thanks whitekid i try to do what i can and hopefully G1 sees these fixes and tries to implement them atleast stop installing pando media booster with the game. its useless and makes the game un-playble

Yeah I actually put that in the game faq a couple days ago suggesting to uninstall pando media booster.

yeah pando media booster is usefull for downloading/updating the game but while the game is running that program should not be running
