There seems to be a buttload of confusion. I'll try to clear things up.
First off, the 80% XP Manuals in the Portmanteaus are bugged (if you didn't notice). It's OK you can keep it for now, don't worry we aren't going to ban your account for exploiting. This bug will be fixed in a future patch. When the fix goes live your 80% Manuals will move to the purchased inventory and require activation to take effect. So those of you that have them, enjoy your free 80% XP boost while it lasts On to costumes, as of 3.0 imcGAMES and HanbitSoft have changed the way new costumes work. This was part of the reason it took so long to get them for our version as, I'll be honest, we (GamersFirst and imc/HBS) had a heated disagreement about it. In the end we're a little strapped to the way things are for the time being. So from this point on new costumes will be featured for a limited time in these Portmanteau boxes. When a new box comes out the old box will leave. There are currently no plans to offer these permanent versions of the costumes by themselves. Additionally, when we launch Echoes of an Empire - Volume 2 ALL CURRENT COSTUMES ON THE BAZAAR WILL BE REMOVED! This is a major change, we know. Timed costumes on the Feso Exchange will remain and we DO have plans to add new timed costumes there as well. Also being removed in EoaE-V2 are the Costume boxes (not Portmanteaus). We will be replacing these with new class specific costume boxes. These items will randomly reward costumes ONLY for that class. We will continue to "discuss" the positives and negatives of this new system with our partners HBS and imc with the hope for a change of sorts. Finally in EoaE-V2 we will be removing 1 off items. These are times that are offered elsewhere in stacks (such as Upgrade Accelerators and potions. We will still be offering the packaged versions of these items. This change is mostly a house keeping issues as there are a LOT of items on the cash shop that we want to "clean up". -------------------- |

Let me see if I understood correctly:
1) There will be no longer class-specific costume boxes? <They would make Andre recipes easier to craft in my opinion, wich would be a good thing.> 2) There will be no longer specific back costumes, hat costumes boxes? <That would be also a good thing in my opinion because karjalain boxes have too long drop list> 3) The current UPC costumes sold individually will remain in bazaar then? 4) The old costume boxes (Andre and Karjalain boxes) will remain then? <I think that those boxes have too big drop list>. |

Same doubts here. and 5) If the new class boxes is implemented and the wings are coupon-purchaseable, does it mean the permanent wings will be no longer available? I actually did like the class costume box idea, a lot. Besides, the price, 25 gold each, is very good. About the Portmanteaus, I do have to agree with both neume and... well, i'll just re-say because i dont remember who said it. But i agree on the fact its bad thast they gotta be constantl;y changed and costumes like white samurai and such are sort of unavailable now. I also agree that the fact they could drop dhull exp cards and single chips a but annoying, thus why I ended up deciding to buy them from MM instead of cash shop. I do understand Neume is shooting a lot of info and with a lot of info comes a load of doubts. I also think UPC costume boxes would only be a good idea if these costumes became tradable. Trowing an unwanted coimbra trooper costume, for example, into the costume exchanger and getting potions would be quite frustrating. One thing i ALWAYS wanted to have from the cash shop would be vault slots increase permits. I recall a discussion about this very long time ago. Some people say isn't needed, I ended up making myself a second account to use as a vault mule. But without 2 computers, is quite annoying to have to keep asking random clannies or friends to help you transfering items one account to the other. Besides, with baron mode, nobody wants to walk around with their precious elites inside inventory, which calls even more for the need of vault permits, in my opinion. But, to both Neume and IMC, i think the wall of questions shouldn't be taken as an unencouragement for new changes. I liked them overall, but id love continue to get the lovely permanent back costumes <3 What can I do, i love the looks. I also support and truly appreciate the fact Neume is sharing these news with us, seems like this is a research thread. "The voice of the people is the voice of god" -------------------- |

I hate going back and forth on this costume box issue but it seems I misunderstood an email. At the moment let's just say the Class Costume boxes and the removal of costumes from the Bazaar may or may not happen. We're in deep negotiations with imc about that at the moment.
Also the space increase items are bugged and imc is still working on a fix for them. When they get them working we'll release them. -------------------- |

Uhm... Neumy... You might want to open a poll for some community feedback.
It seems you are having quite a fight for it, and it might turn out to have a negative impact on our community. It might help... although there are many other relevant factors. I just hope all this issue all of you are going through is not in vain. -------------------- |

Neume,
No worries on the back and forth. Lots going on, you're doing the best you can to decipher their commo and you're keeping us in the loop - that's greatly appreciated. -------------------- ![]() |

It would have to be something you do in game to get the best idea what the masses want if you were going to do that. Either way IMC will likely do what they want and K2 will end up dealing with what we're dealt. -------------------- ![]() |

I don't think the community is annoyed by this, you're just taking the community as close as you can to the entire process. That was what the community asked of G1 members and that is what you do. Ah well, can't wait for all the new goodies to come. -------------------- estne volumen in toga, an solum tibi libet me videre?

For the New Andre boxs will they drop Plate mail Costumes and Fanatics costumes for the barons quests cause if they didn't then their would be no reasons for me to go baron that much or who ever doesn't buy gold to do ends and kurts quest since they would need the Wheel of Destiny Since not everyones gonna buy a wheels of Destinys pack since not every country that plays can buy gold or isn't available to them where that player lives i mean in bristia we get players from all over south america and mexico. in which i know target doesn't exist down in South America
