Hey there!
i am an beginning artist in blender 3d (open-source free 3d program) (version 4.48) and i saw it is possible to import very different kinds from textures to motions, things like .3ds .bvh .x etc... is it possible in any way to import just something in an 3d program, thinking of cinema4d, blender, 3dstudio max, or anything else... if not, is it possible to import something 2d, like textures or something? ![]() This post has been edited by BCD: Oct 30 2009, 11:30 PM -------------------- |

Not sure exactly what you are asking but the answer I believe it is yes.
I only briefly touched blender, but if it is like other 3D apps you can import a variety of things. Anything from a 2D image, to a vector illustration. -------------------- ![]() |

if you mean use the warrock the .dds/.tga texture files then yes. You can get free converters if your modelling tool doesn't support them. However, i imagine that you shouldn't really consider releasing any models with the warrock textures as it would most likely violate DE/K2'S intellectual property rights.
Speaking of models, you can actually open a few (the .ase) of the war rock ones up too. This post has been edited by Apjjm: Nov 3 2009, 07:13 PM -------------------- |
