Siegewar bugs

hey, yesterday and today i encountered some problems in siege war.
when i joined a siege war game i spawned and could only stand on the block thingy (derbaran side mission 1 at the walls) when i walked off the block i fell down under the map

so i walked around a bit and took some more screen and then i tried to shoot someone and i could kill him from below screen: (see the red name)



after the game i restarted wr and everything was fine untill today because when i tried to join siege war i had a partmesh error but it could probably be fixed by restalling the game, wich im doing right now

in need of help, will this laptop run warrock fine?

hey all, I'm getting a laptop from "santa" for xmas and I still need to decide wich one however,
I think it will be an Asus N61VG-JX006V

here are the specs:

€650-€700
Processor Type: Intel Core 2 Duo T6600
Processor Clock frequency: 2 GHz
Memory: 4096 MB (4GB)
Graphics chip: nVidia GeForce GT 220M 1GB

And now my question is:
Will this run warrock without laggs on high settings? Your help will be much appreciated
(and optionally) MW2 on lowest setting without laggs
